YTB's Affiliate Health Plan

Because we care about our people, YTB offers many unique benefits to its Affiliates. YTB offers Affiliates in the U.S. the opportunity to purchase a limited medical insurance plan. There is a defined benefit and this information is available to the Affiliate prior to their purchase of the policy. This policy, issued by Standard Security of New York (licensed in all 50 states), is available to any Affiliates without pre-existing condition limitations. There are no medical questions to answer when enrolling.
